What Is Hooverball?
Hooverball is essentially volleyball played with a soft medicine ball. It was played by President Herbert Hoover and his cabinet to stay fit. The med ball is thrown over the net, caught and thrown back. It can be very physically demanding and is a great workout. The official game is played with a 4-6 pound med ball but we use a 12 pounder! It's tons of fun and one heck of a workout!
